Black pigmentation problems and spots on the face

Often we feel anxious when problems freckles, dark spots, pigmentation or known as melasma occurs mainly on the face. It not only adds to anxiety and stress on ourselves but will agitate appearance.

Why is this happening?

This happened many factors include age, hormonal and skin contamination of nutritional deficiencies.

The first factor I would like cloves are hormonal factors.

Normal hormonal changes occur during aging and also occurs when the process of "pregnancies" or "pregnancy". What to do with hormon. Majority of pigmentation problems women face freckles, dark spots and melasma this point in the pregnancy and after pregnancy. This condition affects 50 to 75 percent of pregnant women and very common among black women and those of Asian descent.

Pigmentation or melasma problem arises when a sharp increase in estrogen levels stimulate the production of excess melanin. Exposure to the sun may be subject to worsen. This problem after the process is complete familiarity pregnancies or when breast-feeding process. Sometimes the problem is slow to recover due to hormonal changes humans are not similar to each other.

The second factor is due to age.

As we know this is a natural process. These things can be overcome by taking nutritional supplements for skin to stay young. Supplements such as vitamin E is good for skin health. Collagen can also provide additional nutrients to the skin and in turn rejuvenates the skin.

What is the best solution. The use of creams containing calendula or vitamin E alone simply can not help recover the problem successfully. If problems or melasma pigmentation due to age this may easily be restored with treatment in this way.

If the problem is due to hormones. This point can be recovered and treated with biocemic remedy from the appropriate preparation homeopaty bound to expectant mothers and anyone. Internal treatment is usually very effective compared to using only external treatment.

Laser use or laser treatment is not recommended because the laser can sometimes exacerbate the problem of pigmentation and melasma. Many cases have been reported about and I do not want reviewing the matter and will be reviewed in the next article with more details.
